When they went to collect the order it wasn't ready as they seemingly couldn't find the order. When we got the order home things were missing, what we received didn't match the online descriptions and the crepe was raw!

Ordered online,,and I got a phone call from the shop,,,45 mins after I had ordered saying they had only noticed the order,,,I ordered pancakes and they were hard and overcooked,, I got my son a waffle,,and it was the same,,,and the milkshake wasn't pleasant either,,we were looking forward to it and it was awful,,,when it got delivered the delivery driver was also asking for cash at the door,,but I had paid by direct debit,,will defo not be ordering anything from there again
